Pay logic. Work Done By = 12% of the job's revenue, credited to the Primary Technician · Sold By = 8% of Done $ (revenue of sold jobs that are completed — a sold job not yet completed shows in Sold $ but earns nothing until done) · Lead Generated = 2% of the revenue of completed jobs the tech generated the lead for. A tech who sells and runs the same job earns 12%+8% = 20%. The report's totals row is ignored.
