What you're signing up for
Same principle as our pricing: you should know the terms before you pay, not after.
Membership terms
- Price and term: $99 for twelve months from your enrollment date.
- Renewal: Your membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price. We'll notify you before each renewal.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling 402-200-5059. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current term runs to its end date.

- Dispatch fees: nobody pays a dispatch fee for appointments 8am–5pm, any day. Appointments starting after 5pm carry a $198 dispatch fee for non-members. Members never pay a dispatch fee, at any hour.
- Priority scheduling means members are placed ahead of standard calls where capacity allows. It is not a guaranteed arrival window.
- Annual plumbing check includes a whole-home visual inspection and a water heater flush. Scheduled at a mutually available time. Repairs and parts are quoted separately.

Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes. It renews once a year at the then-current price, and we notify you before each renewal. You can cancel any time by calling 402-200-5059, which stops future renewals while your current term runs to its end date.
Can I combine the discount with the $93 drain special?
No. The member discount doesn't stack with the $93 drain opening special or other coupons and promotions. If both could apply, we'll tell you which one saves you more.
Does priority scheduling guarantee same-day service?
It means members go ahead of standard calls when capacity allows, which matters most on storm days and holiday weekends. It isn't a guaranteed arrival window — if we can't get to you, we'll tell you straight rather than book a slot we can't keep.
I'm a veteran, teacher, or first responder. Is it really free?
Ask us when you call. We offer free or reduced membership for active military, veterans, police, fire, EMS, doctors, nurses, and teachers, and we'll confirm eligibility over the phone before anything is charged.
What happens if I sell my house?
Call us at 402-200-5059 and we'll sort it out. Depending on your situation we can either transfer the remaining term or cancel future renewals.
