Is it the main sewer line, or just one drain?
One slow sink is a sink problem. When the basement floor drain fills up every time the washer drains or the toilet flushes, it's the main line. These are the signs:
- Water rising out of the basement floor drain, often on laundry day
- Toilets gurgling when the shower or washer runs
- Several fixtures draining slowly at the same time
- Sewer smell coming up from the drains

What we find in Omaha sewer lines

How do I know it's the main line and not one drain?
If only one sink or toilet is slow, it's usually that fixture. If water comes up the basement floor drain when you flush or run the washer, or several drains are slow at once, it's the main line.
Will you try to sell me a new sewer line?
No. The camera shows you the inside of the pipe on video. If the pipe is sound, we clean it. If it's damaged, we show you where and give you options, like descaling or repairing one section, and you decide.
Will the roots grow back?
Yes, eventually. Roots follow water into any joint or crack. Cutting them clears the line, and the camera shows how bad the entry point is so you can choose between regular maintenance and fixing that section.
Do I need a cleanout?
