Yes. We regularly install customer-supplied toilets from home improvement stores and online retailers. We’ll inspect it for damage, ensure the rough-in is correct, and install it to code. If we see any concerns with quality, we’ll let you know before we proceed.
How long does a typical toilet replacement take?
Most standard replacements take between 60 and 90 minutes once we’re set up, depending on the condition of the flange and flooring. If we discover additional issues (like rot or damaged piping), we’ll review options and timing with you before continuing.
Why does my toilet keep clogging?
Frequent clogs can be caused by an older low-flow design, foreign objects, buildup in the trapway, or bigger issues in the drain or main sewer line. We can evaluate the toilet itself and, if needed, run a camera to check further down the line.
