We warranty our workmanship and labor, but we can’t warranty the fixture itself because we didn’t supply it. If the fixture fails or is defective, you can typically work with the retailer or manufacturer for replacement, and we’ll help with reinstall options.

What happens if parts are missing or the fixture doesn’t fit?

If a key part is missing or the fixture won’t work safely or to code, we’ll show you what’s going on and review options. That may include picking up additional materials, rescheduling, or using a different fixture. We won’t force an install that’s unsafe or likely to cause problems later.
